Cretek — Control Systems
The BP-02 is Cretek's flagship burner control panel for demanding burner and thermal process installations. A Delta TP70P 7-inch HMI/PLC provides operator visualisation of process temperature, setpoint, and burner state with on-screen start, stop, reset, and alarm controls, eliminating the need for a separate controller and I/O rack. A Werma 150-series beacon and buzzer provides 80 dB annunciation of run and fault conditions across the plant floor, while a two-pole door interlock isolator, 40 kA surge protection device, monitored 230 VAC supply via RS-MV13 voltage monitor, K-type thermocouple to 4-20 mA transducer, and 120 W DIN-rail 24 VDC power supply deliver a complete, protected control architecture. As with the BP-01, every panel is assembled, wired, tested, and serialised in Cretek's own workshop.
